4th Congressional District Democratic Executive Committee Virtual Meeting

The 4th Congressional District Democratic Executive Committee will reconvene for official business on October 10, 2020 at 11:00 am. The meeting will be held remotely, online via Zoom. 

Members of the Executive Committee may participate online via Zoom or dial-in to the meeting and participate via conference call. Those who are unable to attend may designate a proxy in accordance with the NCDP Plan of Organization.

This meeting is open to all interested Democrats who reside in the 4th Congressional District.

Executive Committee meetings are open to all interested Democrats who reside in the 4th Congressional District. Please complete the registration form linked below and an Executive Committee officer will be in contact with meeting access credentials.


Among other items of business, the proposed agenda includes: discussion of ongoing Get-Out-The-Vote initiatives and reports from district officers and county representatives.

The meeting will operate under the following order of priority of rules: (1) the NCDP Plan of Organization, (2) Special Rules adopted by the Executive Committee, (3) Robert’s Rules of Order.


Meeting Minutes from the Executive Committee meeting held on September 12, 2020. The Executive Committee will vote to approve these Minutes at its meeting on October 10, 2020.

Proxy Form

In accordance with the NCDP Plan of Organization, Executive Committee members may designate an active registered Democrat to serve as their alternate. Executive Committee members seeking to designate an alternate must submit such designation to the officers of the Executive Committee prior to the call to order.
