4th Congressional District Democratic Executive Committee Virtual Meeting

The 4th Congressional District Democratic Executive Committee will reconvene for official business on May 8, 2021 at 11:00 am. The meeting will be held remotely, online via Zoom.
Members of the Executive Committee may participate online via Zoom or dial-in to the meeting and participate over the phone. Those who are unable to attend may designate a proxy in accordance with the NCDP Plan of Organization.
This meeting is open to all interested Democrats who reside in the 4th Congressional District.

Register
Executive Committee meetings are open to all interested Democrats who reside in the 4th Congressional District. Please complete the registration form linked below and an Executive Committee officer will be in contact with meeting access credentials.
Agenda
Among other items of business, the proposed agenda will include: reports from the Convention Planning Subcommittee, the Nominations Subcommittee, and the Resolutions Subcommittee. Business will also include reports from district officers and county representatives.


Rules
The meeting will operate under the following order of priority of rules: (1) the NCDP Plan of Organization, (2) Meeting Rules adopted by the Executive Committee, (3) Robert’s Rules of Order.
Minutes
Meeting Minutes from the Executive Committee meeting held on April 11, 2021. The Executive Committee will review these Minutes at its meeting on May 8, 2021.


Proxy Form
In accordance with the NCDP Plan of Organization, Executive Committee members may designate an active registered Democrat to serve as their alternate. Executive Committee members seeking to designate an alternate must submit such designation to the officers of the Executive Committee prior to the call to order.
2020 General Election Data
The Executive Committee will continue its review of voter registration and turnout data from the 2020 General Election at its meeting on May 8, 2021.
